About the Speaker: Erin Akers has a Masters of Education and serves as the Director of Education and Development at the Gesell Institute of Child Development. As a career educator, more specifically as a former Kindergarten teacher and elementary principal, Erin will combine her first-hand classroom experience with the invaluable research data from Gesell to give parents necessary tools as they prepare for their children to be ready for Kindergarten.
